I have a problem with my electric bill. If I use $80.00 kh of electric, I have to pay them $58 for discovery, $26 for recovery, etc. until my final bill is $180.
I called them and told them I have 'discovered' that my electric comes from the dams near me. They already own the dams and the lines so there is nothing to 'recover'.
They hung up on me. Evil or Very Mad
Anyone else having these problems?
