Obama's bow to the Mayor of Tampa MAY have had something to do with the fact that she has a history of promoting CAIR (the Islamofascist Terrorism Apologist Group):

If so, this is more disturbing than I realized.
I hope this was because he's about to kiss her hand (but the angle and positioning indicate he's shaking her hand while bowing down to her; he isn't lifting her hand to his mouth, and he isn't turning her wrist as if to kiss the back of her hand). If not, then it might as well be as depicted in the cartoon below this photo:

| The cartoons were hilarious. Especially the Boy Scout one. That was a fiasco. |
